Anderson Fresh Look Restoration specializes in historically accurate interior and exterior custom solutions for your vintage home. Using historical documents and photographs, Bruce Anderson restores, preserves or designs wood work, metal work and landscape elements to your specifications. He replaces original ironwork, recreates woodwork, updates and installs green components, and even adds decorative elements including stamped and stained concrete. Anderson Fresh Look Restoration is committed to honoring the historical integrity of your vintage home and believes in forming a relationship with the homeowner that is based on honesty, respect, and open communication.
Bruce Anderson has more than 30 years experience in historic home preservation and functions not only as the general contractor but in many home renovations completes most of the work himself. He is licensed as a master journeyman welder and residential general contractor. He maintains certifications in lead-based paint renovations, greenstar energy initiatives in the state of Minnesota.
Anderson Fresh Look Restoration has two separate woodworking and metal fabrication shops with the commerical grade equipment required to repair and create woodwork and ironwork. Anderson Fresh Look Restoration also owns the equipment needed to complete most renovations including his custom made crane that stretches to the 3rd floor of your home.
